Genesis Fund board bids farewell to veterans and hello to new friends

On April 1, 2008, the Genesis Fundbid farewell to two longtime and much-valued board members. Joanne Campbell, Senior Vice-President of Camden National Corporation and board president since 2006 and Jane Kennedy of Damariscotta who has contributed a total of 12 years of service since 1994.

The Genesis Fund board is delighted to welcome two new members, each to serve a three-year term:

David Bronson serves as TD Banknorth's Senior Vice President for commercial real estate lending in Maine.   He has extensive experience in working with Maine Housing, USDA Rural Development, and the Finance Authority of Maine.

Since 2000 Bill Shanahan has worked as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund based in Portland.  Prior to that he was the Senior Development Office and CFO os Realty Resources Chartered in Rockport.
