Genesis approves new loan to Community Partners to support social services in Monmouth

In December 2005, Genesis approved $202,500 to Community Partners to support much-needed social services.

Community Partners has provided community based programs to Maine residents with developmental disabilities since 1967. Its programs include a full range of licensed residential, long-term care, supported living, in-home, independent living, personal/social development day programs and vocational supports for children, adults, and seniors located throughout York, Cumberland, and Androscoggin Counties.  Genesis provided a loan for Community Partners to purchase a Monmouth property and the capital assets of Alternative Options, a residential program that provides housing and services for four residents with severe mental disabilities.
